You Will Need

  1. Take a glass jar and take filtered water in it.
  2. Add about 3 drops of clove oil and 1 drop each of cinnamon oil and peppermint oil to the water.
  3. If possible, add a pinch of calcium-magnesium citrate powder to the solution and shake it well.
  4. Use this solution as a mouthwash and do not drink it.
