  • Avocado Oil – ½ cup

  • Freshly chopped parsley – quarter cup

Method 

Mix all the shredded and chopped veggies together. Sprinkle the seeds and nuts all over the veggies and toss it with arugula.

  • Mix lemon juice and honey, shake well to dissolve the honey.
